Good morning or good afternoon, depending on where you are!
If you’ve been following me, you know I talk about many things, but I’ve decided to make Sunday God’s Day.
I owe everything I have to Him—none of this is genuinely mine.
I am just a vessel here on earth, and He is working through me.
Today, I want to talk about healing our souls.
Jesus didn’t just die so we could go to heaven one day.
He wants us to live a life worth living right now.
He wants us to be whole, to be complete.
We all have a story, and through us, God’s light shines in the world.
It’s so important — for His sake and ours — that we decide to go all in with God.
When we do, we become everything to Him, and He will never leave or forsake us, unlike people who may come and go.
So, if you’ve never done this, decide today to go all the way through with God.
You don’t have to live with pain, secrets, or regrets from your past.
- You can be whole.
- You can be happy
- You can be strong
- You can be confident and hold your head up high.
Keep getting up, keep stepping forward when you get knocked down, and Keep trusting.
God is doing a good thing in you and will finish it.
I never imagined writing or sharing this post, but God’s always working through me, and this is what he wants me to share.
He heals the brokenhearted and binds our wounds.
We all long for peace of mind, but our minds can get us into trouble.
We must take authority over wrong thoughts daily, casting them down and choosing the right ones.
A great book that helped me is Battlefield of the Mind by Joyce Meyer.
Being vigilant, thinking the way God wants us to think, and speaking the way He wants us to say made all the difference.
The devil is a liar.
Does he ever tell you you’re no good?
Why believe that?
God says you are loved, precious, and valuable.
You are fearfully and wonderfully made.
Second Corinthians 10:5 reminds us to take every thought captive and make it obedient to Christ. We have spiritual weapons — praise, prayer, and the Word of God.
Spiritual warfare is accurate.
We are not wrestling against flesh and blood but against the powers of darkness.
But thank God for angels!
They are working on our behalf. Believe that angels are fighting for you and God is working for you.
I don’t want to have a problem I can’t fix, and I know every problem has an answer in the Bible. Luke 10:19 says, “I have given you authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and nothing will harm you.”
We need a determined attitude! If you want a good life, you have to fight for it.
No one is going to fight for you. You can’t be defeated.
If God can bless anyone, He can bless you.
Don’t let the enemy steal your joy!
You have the power, and God is working on your behalf.
I am not going to be defeated.
I am not going to give up.
We need to keep fighting for ourselves.
God is no respecter of persons — if He can bless anyone, He will bless you.
The devil only has authority through passivity, laziness, disobedience, and a lack of knowledge of Jesus.
We need to wake up!
Jesus paid the price for us to have a good life.
I’m going to have what He died to give me.
James 4:7 tells us, “Submit yourselves to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee.”
Luke 9:1 reminds us we have power and authority over all demons and diseases.
Even the demons are subject to us in His name.
Two things I’ve learned that have helped me:
- Cast all your cares on Him because He cares for you.
- Stay within your limits and respect them. Don’t do what you’re not good at. Stop comparing yourself to others and do what feels right for you.
3. Eliminate anything from your schedule that doesn’t bear good fruit.
4. Exercise (even a simple walk), relax, and enjoy the little things—even a 10-minute iced coffee or a monthly manicure and pedicure (yes, men, too!).
You are worth it.
Start being decisive.
Don’t rush to get where you’re going.
If you keep a good attitude, the devil won’t be able to steal from you.
When you believe in Jesus Christ, you won’t have a “give-up” spirit.
I’ve been through hell and back and am stronger for it.
And so can you, too.
I hope you got value from this.
I am always learning, growing, and sharing.
None of this is mine — it’s downloaded from Him, through Joyce Meyer, through me, and now to you.
I know another servant will pick up the torch and share it next.
Our mission here on earth is to share our journey.
I like to call it Ashes for Beauty.
Until next week, God bless.
